Getting into college requires hard work, dedication, and lots of information about you!  Here’s a list of the forms you’ll need along the way.

Plan your campus visit

Online Application – It's free to apply!   Or use a paper application…no charge here either.

High School Counselor Information page – If you’re a first-year student, you need this one.

After You’re Accepted
Enrollment Deposit – This $100 deposit is due May 1…pay online or through the mail.

Residence Hall Application - Submit with your residence hall contract as soon as possible.

Residence Hall Contract - Submit with your residence hall application as soon as possible.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) – Apply after January 1 and before March 1.

Preview Day Registration - A visit day just for accepted students on Saturday, March 28, 2009.

Guest Access – Give your family access to your student records and information.

Credit Card Authorization – Allows you to use a credit card at the Campus Bookstore that’s not
issued in your name.

Parking Registration – Residence Halls – There's no charge for parking when you live on campus.
